Shipping policy

We roast to order and ship across Jordan only. We do not currently ship outside the Kingdom.

Delivery rates

Amman: 3 JOD. Outside Amman: 5 JOD. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are roasted and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes a further 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready. Check the parcel before you pay - if it is damaged or incorrect, you may refuse it at no cost.

CliQ transfer

Send the order total to our CliQ alias shown at checkout, using your order number as the reference. We confirm your payment and dispatch within one business day of receiving it. Orders not paid within 48 hours are cancelled automatically.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. For updates, email ad@azouzcoffee.com with your order number.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, and redelivery may incur a further charge.
