These terms govern your use of azouzcoffee.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are. Azouz Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in Amman, Jordan. Contact: ad@azouzcoffee.com.

Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price or description is listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Prices and payment. All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept cash on delivery and CliQ bank transfer. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery. We deliver within Jordan only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Product information. Coffee is a natural product and flavour, appearance and roast date will vary between batches. Product images are illustrative. We describe our coffee as accurately as we can but do not warrant that descriptions are error free.

Returns. Your return and refund rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy our content, logos or brand assets without our written permission. All content on this site is owned by Azouz Coffee or its licensors.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
